• Cargo acceptance and administrative procedures
Our experts are in close contact with the local and international authorities. They take care of the different customs procedures, in accordance with current regulations. So this means we complete the EX and IM documents, as well as the transit documents and the ATA carnet (in particular for exhibitions and concerts).
• Tax representation
If your company is subject to VAT in a European Union member state other than Belgium or Luxembourg (depending on the airport where your goods arrive), you can appoint us as your tax representative for customs purposes. This means you don't have to pre-finance the VAT during the customs clearance of your goods, but only when you make the next declaration in the EU destination country of your goods, in accordance with the percentages and regulatory procedures.
• Transportation to destination
This is where once again we are able to use any of our many trusted partners to carry out the last step in the process. The goods are transported to the destination of your choice, with the delivery times provided to you in advance. For goods arriving at Liège Airport, we guarantee same day or next day delivery within a radius of 500 kilometres.
